HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you want to return or exchange items purchased through our website please follow the instructions below:

• Send us an email with your order number, details of the item(s) you would like to return and the reason of return.
• Within 2 business days you will receive an email with a return-number.
• Return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt of your order.
• If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• All items must be in the same condition as received.
• We advice you to use a trackable shipment.

As soon as we have received your returned item(s) in good order, we will refund the purchasing amount. We do not refund the shipping costs for the dispatch or return of your order.
